VoiceJot uses artificial intelligence (AI) to transcribe audio and generate notes. AI technology is not perfect and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading results. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of any transcription or note before relying on it or sharing it. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations caused by the AI.

5.2 "As Is" Service
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOICEJOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

5.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICEJOT, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

6. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for the content you create, record, and share using VoiceJot. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceJot and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of this Privacy Policy, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Data Storage & Security

Encryption: Data transmitted to our servers or third-party services is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL.
Local Storage: Much of your data may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device.
